GCI provides the best tactical, and technical training available in the Security Industry. Our training is especially beneficial to those Governments that desire to strengthen Security at airports, and aboard aircraft. With the recent upsurge of the threat against air travelers and the flying public, we are proud to be able
to offer a system of graduated training packages that will allow a government to gain, and maintain those new security standards required by the international air carrier community, restore public confidence, and save jobs in the Airline Industry. Our training is designed to restore the confidence in the flying public throughout the world in a display of professional security measures that are the very best. Our training is facilitated by specialists in the security industry that are veterans of Special Operations Forces, and Law Enforcement, having received the best training that money can buy. These experts are members of the GCI Team of Professionals, and are available to deliver quality service and training. GCI can deliver training that is responsive to the needs of the client and in a cost effective manner. GCI can provide the equipment and instructors needed for training, or use our instructors, the curriculum developed by our experts, and train/retrain personnel on equipment acquired by, and in use by the client. GCI is also prepared to assist the client by making recommendations on equipment needed for security modernization, and will assist the client in purchase/acquisition procedures. We are able to accomplish this by conducting a comprehensive assessment of client needs, using a system of observation and interview, and finally, matching our findings to a plan that will achieve the overall objective of security and restoration of confidence in the flying public.

GCI can provide an immediate response to client security needs by offering a training package system built around three programs that are flexible in their delivery:

Basic Airport Security
(for security forces that are responsible for inside terminal facilities and the general airport area both inside, and outside the perimeter)
– Objective: Designed to improve the security at airport facilities and terminal locations by upgrading existing security forces by providing training to enhance discipline, teach them how to use their equipment better, shoot their weapons with better accuracy (essential for the safety of bystanders in the event of an incident) and procedures to counter the threat posed by better armed, and better trained terrorist organizations. Training includes psychological profiling combined with neurolinguistic programming techniques for the detection of hazards and threats.
Class Size - up to 120 students (maximum)
Length of Course – 8 Weeks
Instructors - 6

Airport Special Response Team Training
– Special Response Team Training focuses on those skills required to develop an immediate response force needed in the event of a terrorist hostage, or hijacking incident. Training enhances Law Enforcement skills, and focuses on the physical aspects of the Special Response Team by concentrating on individual, and collective training.
Class Size – 60 Students (maximum)
Length of Course – 40 Weeks
Instructors – 6

Sky Marshall Program
Designed for the purpose of providing a highly trained/disciplined, low key, yet ready armed response capability aboard aircraft to thwart would be hijackers, or other threats to the aircraft and passenger safety. This is the most important course offered by GCI and is an area that most National Governments have overlooked. It is aboard the aircraft in flight where the greatest danger is posed to the flying public from potential hijackers. GCI has designed the “Sky Marshall” program to fill the void, provide the onboard safety needed by the flying public, restore confidence and the public's use of air travel. The flying public benefits, the airline industry regains growth, and jobs are saved.
Class Size – 60 Students (maximum)
Length of Course – 20 Weeks
Instructors – 6

Instructors Qualification Course
GCI will custom design an instructor qualification course to train the top 5% of all courses to become instructor qualified in that course. The graduates of the GCI instructor course will then have the ability to instruct in those areas of expertise trained in the GCI courses. Persons selected to attend the GCI Instructor Qualification Course will be selected based on their ability to communicate/instruct other trainees on the material being presented.
Class Size – Top 5% of each course (Basic, SRT, Sky Marshall)
Length of Course – 8 Weeks
Instructors - 6
